The most important thing to do, once you have gotten your air-ticket, travel and health insurance is get sufficient foreign exchange. Moving to a new place, with a different currency, requires you to have your bank account with sufficient funds in it.

International bank accounts (Blocked Account-Any case of Germany)

We provide assistance in creation of blocked account with required amount of €10,250 prescribed by the High Commission.

Traveler's Card: Multi-Bank International Traveler's Card.

  • It can be used for Withdrawal cash, Swiping, Booking Hotels, Local transport ticket, etc. (For payments, you can directly swipe your Travel Currency Card without any transaction fee at merchant establishments accepting Visa/ Master card, saving you the hassle of carrying cash while on the move).
  • Very convenient, strongly recommended.
  • Min first time loading amount: USD $500 (In case you have exhausted the funds on the card in US; your parents can reload your card with additional funds In India. The easiest way to do this is to contact EduBrix Overseas Consultancy with the amount desired to be deposited).


We provide foreign exchange at competitive rates. We provide lower denomination like $20’s, $10’s and $5’s currency notes so that as you can avoid taking $100 bills as at some places you will find difficulty in exchanging. And lower denominations will help you convert them to quarters (25 cents), dimes (10 cents) and nickels (5 cents) at the airport. It will also be easier to pay at your transit airport (London/Paris/Frankfurt), in case you want to buy some food, or call up your parents using a pay-phone.
